Take action against toxic plastics

Reducing all plastic just isn't feasible in the world we live in today (as much as I wish it could be). So, as a first step getting rid of toxins like dioxin and phthalates/DEHP in commonly used (medical related) plastics that affect children (and adults) is a big first step-a very necessary important step!

Check out the discussion about this at Health Care Without Harm and take action by supporting the petition.

As we know that the plastic is very dangerous for human body. So we have to reduce its use but it is impossible to completely eliminate it. But at least we can get rid of toxic plastic which is very harmful to the children.

Plastics are not bio degradable and therefore a problem for the bed of the earth which can not absorb it.Thus clogging and blocking happens when plastic is around ...start saying NO to plastic today.

1. What dehydrator options can you recommend since many are plastic? I'
m on a budget, and wonder if stainless steel trays are good enough or if the plastic casing of the unit would leech chemicals. Looking at this one, for example, as a lower cost https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01C3HVU2E/ref=mp_s_a_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1473789428&sr=8-1-fkmr0&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=aroma+food+dehydrator+steel+1054738
2. If we have to have a water filter, what's an alternative to the Brita or pur plastic pitcher?

I'm giving gratitude to Mr Pedro for all of his help in securing our loan for our new home here in Fruitland.
